Rolf Buchholz is the current Guinness World Record holder for most pierced man in the world.
The 58-year-old has a crazy 453 metal piercings – and 278 of these are on his penis.
But Rolf, who lives in the German city of Dortmund, insists that the body jewellery doesn’t have a negative affect on his sex life.
He said: ”It's not a problem at all. I have had the piercings already so long, if there was a problem, I would have got rid of them already long ago."
In fact the Guinness world record holder, who also sports numerous tattoos and horn implants in his head, said his sex life is pretty great.
Speaking to a local German television station, he said the piercings give him more trouble at airports than they do in the sack.
The German man, who works in the telecom business, also sports 94 piercing in and around his lips.
As a result he is often stopped at airport security because he sets off the metal detectors.
Rolf even claims he was denied entrance to the United Arab Emirates when he travelled to Dubai to appear for a gig in a nightclub after authorities were afraid he practiced "black magic".
"Those who escorted me back to the aeroplane said that it was because of the way I looked and that it was because I am black magic,” he added.
