The ex boxing champ has launched a 40-acre cannabis farm in California.

And Snoop, who already has his own line of cannabis products, is offering him expert advice.

A source said: “Snoop has reached out to Tyson with tips on what strains to grow.

“He had invested $25million in marijuana before California even legalised the drug, so he knows the business.”

The source added: “The marijuana community is tight-knit and he’s happy to share his knowledge.”

Snoop, who also wants to open a cannabis hotel chain, once told the Daily Star he believed the marijuana industry could bring an end to the world’s conflicts.

He said: “I feel like the more people that indulge, the more peaceful it is.”

The news comes as Snoop has joined forces with California chain Jack in the Box to offer a weed-themed promotion to fast-food lovers in 2018.

The Merry Munchies Meals will be sold at three Jack in the Box locations in Snoop’s hometown, Long Beach from 18-25 January.

Snoop fans and weed-lovers alike will be happy to hear that as of Monday, a new state law in California came into effect allowing recreational use of marijuana.
