Norah Witkiss tied the knot with younger man Malcolm Yates, who she has been dating for 30 years,at a wedding ceremony in Prestatyn
A 100-year-old woman married her 74-year-old toyboy - and was wheeled down the aisle to Abba's Dancing Queen.
Centenarian Norah Witkiss tied the knot with younger man Malcolm Yates after dating for over 30 years.
The veteran lovebirds met while whisking around the dance floor at a modern sequence dancing class.
And in tribute to their love of dance - the blushing bride was pushed down the aisle by her pageboy to hit Abba song Dancing Queen.
Friends and family watched as they cemented their three decade long relationship by finally saying "I do."
The new Mrs Yates said: "To be a bride? Oh, it's beautiful. It's absolutely wonderful.
"Of course it is worth the wait. I'd wait longer than that. There's nothing he wouldn't do for me.
"I couldn't do without Malcolm. He's special, very special."
The couple wed at a hotel near their home in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, north Wales.
Former school cook Norah was married twice before and widowed. She met Mr Yates at a dance in the 1980s and they have "been together ever since".
Former bus driver Mr Yates popped the question earlier this year.
The new Mr and Mrs had 30 friends and family at their big day - with the ceremony lasting 30 minutes.
Malcolm said: "We met at modern sequence dancing. I couldn't dance, but Norah was very good at it.
"She more or less taught me and helped bring me on.
"We went travelling a lot and would dance on holidays to Torquay.
"We liked the Cha-cha-cha the best. We're always out and about together."
The mum-of-one was born in Wrexham in 1917 and married her first husband, Fred Thomas when she was 18.
She worked as a maid and cook at the golf club.
After he died in 1970, she met Bert Witkiss and they were married for 16 years. He died in the late 1980s.
Norah said the secret to a long life is keeping active.
She added: "I've had a very good life really, I've enjoyed it.
"I used to go out dancing with the girls, I liked it, especially if a chap picked you up."
