The Foreign Secretary raised a few eyebrows during his morning run
BORIS Johnson attempted an early-morning run today, but raised some eyebrows after donning bizarre Hawaiian shorts, a polo neck and a red and black striped beanie hat.
The Foreign Secretary was seen getting some exercise around St James's Park in London near his flat.
He was also sporting to large blue headphones, and gave a hearty smile to cameras after he realised he'd been spotted.
And despite the warmer, Spring-like conditions that Britain is enjoying this week, Mr Johnson erred on the side of caution by wearing a brown fleece.
The Brexiteer was also seen with a large gash on his left leg.
Later in the day Mr Johnson hailed Britain's "Bre-entry into the world" as he expressed confidence in the UK's future outside the European Union.
Mr Johnson insisted the vote to leave the EU would allow Britain more opportunities on the world stage, as he outlined plans for the Government's Global Britain programme to promote Britain's interests outside of Europe.
Speaking during Foreign Office questions, Mr Johnson said: "Global Britain is a programme to explain to the world but also the people of this country what I don't think they often suspect, which is the full range of Britain's military, cultural, commercial, diplomatic influence in the world.
"And I do think that it is important to do that, now particularly as we make Brexit - or Bre-entry into the world, as we should perhaps call it - to help people to understand that a more global Britain will be a more prosperous Britain."
