The Thai national is a Ripley's Ambassador for her popular stunts involving the terrifying creepy crawlies.

This week she appeared on stage in Pattaya, Thailand, and barely even flinched as dozens of massive scorpions crawled over her.

At one point, she opened her mouth to allow one of the creatures inside.

But instead of going into her mouth, it crawled across her lips, nose and cheeks.

Kanchana is a national celebrity in her home country thanks to her brazen and bizarre scorpion stunts.

She also holds a second world record for spending 33 days inside a container filled with 5,000 scorpions. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she was stung 13 times.

There are around only 25 species of scorpion that are capable of killing humans.

The creatures' administer their venom through a stinger in their tail which sits in an ominous curved striking position.
