A KIM Kardashian wannabe shows off her new bum after ignoring the advice of eight doctors to undergo risky surgery in Los Angeles.
Jennifer Pamplona, 24, had four pints - 900cc (cubic centimetres) - of fat injected into her bum to achieve a backside bigger than that of her famous idol.
The Plastics of Hollywood star has so far spent over £360,000 on surgery to look like the reality star after an ex said she was "too skinny".
The Brazilian, who has a 23 inch waist and 71 inch hips, had two boob jobs to go up to a 34D, four ribs removed, liposuction, a rhinoplasty and countless cosmetic procedures to enhance her curves.
The former Versace model underwent the latest operation - despite being rejected by eight plastic surgeons after claiming she would die in her bid to have bigger backside and become more famous than Kim.
Jennifer, who runs her own cosmetic line, said: "I definitely have too much fat injected in there now, if I have any more in it will be dangerous and doctors will refuse to do any more.
"My doctors have asked me if I am scared to die from the surgeries, but, in my opinion, if it happens I will die happy and beautiful.
"I'm crazy for my butt, it started when I was 17-years-old I was always slender unlike most Brazilians who are known for being very curvy.
"People always used to comment on my body and when I was dating a professional footballer, he complained, 'you don't have a big butt and you're too skinny'.
"Since then I started to go crazy for a larger butt, I've lost count of the amount of injections I've had now to make it bigger but it's way over ten.

"I finally have my Kim Kardashian butt. Now I know it's very beautiful and I can compare mine to hers because it's also massive and great.
"I've spent a lot of money to become Jennifer Pamplona, but I don't see it as an expense more as an investment, I will become more famous than Kim Kardashian."
Jennifer had her first boob job aged just 17 and carried on going under the knife when she began dating Celso Santebanes, known as the Brazilian Human Ken Doll.
When he died from leukaemia three years ago, she was offered surgery as part of a TV show where she would undergo a full body transformation.
She continued to change her body and maintains that surgeries have helped her to beat depression and overcome difficulties - despite attracting a lot of criticism.
Jennifer said: "Before everyone told me I didn't need to make my butt any bigger, but in my mind I wasn't going to stop until it looked how I wanted.

"Before, whenever I looked in the mirror all I could think was that I needed a bigger butt. Now I'm so much happier, having surgery has changed my life and helped me to overcome depression.
"After seeing my butt recently, I feel so different, before it was like I was invisible, now I have this huge butt I feel amazing."
But Jennifer admitted she has been forced to defend her lifestyle choices to strangers and loved ones.
She added: "My mother wouldn't talk to me for two weeks after seeing my butt and started to cry when she saw the bruising from injections, she doesn't understand this is why I'm famous.
"People say I'm stupid but I have achieved a lot, I came from a poor Brazilian village but managed to go to one of the best acting schools in New York, have become famous and created a company.
"I'm a good person, I support my family, support charities, I don't drink or do drugs, I do my best for the world and try to be a better person every day."
