Kevin Spacey ‘flashed British barman, 19, before giving him his £5,000 watch to buy his silence’
A BRITISH barman says shamed Kevin Spacey flashed at him outside a hotel then handed over his £5,000 watch to hush him up.
Daniel Beal told how he was having a cigarette break when the Oscar-winning actor, 58, sat beside him on a bench, flashed his privates and said: “It’s big, isn’t it?”
Disgusted Dan returned to work at the bar — only to be followed by Spacey who insisted the then 19-year-old take his expensive Swiss watch.
Dan said yesterday: “I thought he was joking but he took off his watch and gave it to me.
"Looking back I realise it was to keep me quiet.”
On Monday Star Trek star Anthony Rapp told how Spacey attempted to seduce him when he was just 14.
Yesterday there were a string of new claims against the 58-year-old House Of Cards star — including how he propositioned a UK journalist in a toilet in Edinburgh and groped a US filmmaker in a bar.
And Hollywood insiders claimed there are more revelations looming.
Dan told how Spacey approached him as he was working at the bar in the Goodwood Park Hotel, West Sussex in 2010.
At the time the American actor was artistic director at London’s Old Vic theatre and had been to a production at the Chichester Festival Theatre nearby.
Dan said: “Every time I tried to give him a drink he’d touch my hand in a weird way. He was drinking more and more — he got through a bottle of Jack Daniels.”
When Dan went outside for a cigarette Spacey followed and asked: “Do you smoke weed?”
When Dan asked why Spacey said: “I’ve got loads in my room. Come back to my room.”
Dan declined and went back to work.
Spacey approached Dan again during his next break as he sat on a bench smoking.
Dan said: “Before I had a chance to do anything he got his d*** out. I said ‘What the f*** are you doing?’
“He said ‘It’s big, isn’t it?’ He leaned over and tried to pull my hand towards it. I went back inside.”
But Spacey followed and insisted on trading his £5,000 IWC Portofino watch for Dan’s £20 plastic Casio.
Dan said: “Looking back, he was trying to manipulate me from the moment he walked into the bar.
“In hindsight, that must have been grooming. He was just like his character in House Of Cards — seedy and a bit weird.”
Dan sold the watch for £3,200 the next day.
He said: “All my friends were telling me to keep it. But I felt dirty wearing it.”
Within days a Spacey aides rang Dan asking for the watch back.
Dan, who believes they got his number from the hotel, said he had lost it.
Spacey’s management then made a complaint to the hotel about Dan.
He said: “The hotel was demanding I give the watch back.
“Spacey or his people had obviously complained I had somehow acted inappropriately. But it was him in the wrong.”
Dan was stunned when weeks later he got a call from a man who said he was Spacey.
Dan recalled: “He said ‘What you up to? I’m in London for a few days. Do you want to do something?”
Dan hung up.
He said yesterday: “The new revelations about Spacey convinced me I should speak out. People should know that he is a creep.”
There were further allegations against Spacey yesterday in the wake of Rapp’s revelation.
One industry insider told how the actor drunkenly propositioned a young male journalist during a party at 2013’s Edinburgh TV Festival.
The source, who was at the party, said: “Kevin was to give a lecture.
“His appearance on stage was a triumph. But word quickly got round about how he made an advance towards a young, straight writer but was told where to go in no uncertain terms.”
Documentary director Tony Montana said Spacey, who won Oscars for The Usual Suspects and American Beauty, fondled his crotch in a Los Angeles pub in 2003.
Montana said: “I went up to order a drink and Kevin came up and put his arm around me. He put his hand on my crotch forcefully and grabbed my whole package.”
Montana said drunk Spacey then said: “This designates ownership.”
The director said he pulled Spacey’s hand away and left the bar — but the actor allegedly followed him into the toilet and had to be pushed back out again.
US Journalist Heather Unruh, 50, accused Spacey of an assault on someone she described as a “loved one.
She claimed Spacey plied the woman with booze before doing something “completely inappropriate” under a bar table last year.

Hollywood insiders say half-a-dozen other A-list stars now fear being named in sex scandals after the Weinstein and Spacey claims.
One director said: “There’s a tribe of very powerful men running Hollywood. Get one thing straight, Harvey or Kevin did not act alone.
“They had a bunch of conspirators — lawyers and assistants.
“The most powerful players in Hollywood turned a blind eye to their appalling behaviour because they made them billions of dollars.”
The Old Vic yesterday appealed for anyone who felt they had been a victim of “inappropriate behaviour” while Spacey was Artistic Director between 2004 and 20015 to now come forward.
Earlier it was reported the theatre had said “no question marks were raised” during Spacey’s spell in charge there.
But writer Dan Rebellato said on Twitter: “Maybe there were no formal complaints but that doesn’t mean no questions were raised. If I heard them, so did the theatre.”
Spacey’s spokesman declined to comment yesterday.
