Lure Hsu follows a strict diet, exercise and skincare regime
Think back to last year and you may remember Taiwanese designer Lure Hsu, who stunned everyone with her youthful appearance.
Now the 43-year-old has revealed the strict diet, exercise and skincare routine that's seemingly helped her halt the ageing process.

In an interview with Taiwan's Friday magazine, Lure explains that she religiously slathers herself in moisturiser.
Some of her favourite brands include SK-II and La Prairie.
She's careful not to spend too much time in the sun, as it "dries out her skin and can make fine lines show up more harshly".
In order to protect herself as much as possible, she always applies sun cream before going outside.

As well as sticking to her skincare regime, Lure uses oral supplements such as Vitamin C and collagen.
She starts each day with a black coffee, claiming it "wakes up her skin" but doesn't chase it down with any sugar.

As a vegetarian, she eats plenty of fruit and vegetables, as well as high fibre and protein-rich foods.
She tries to avoid sugar and greasy meals altogether.
Her eating regime is balanced out with daily exercise, which she credits for keeping her skin "taut".
She's previously said that she only drinks water throughout the day, telling Friday in 2017: "Once your skin has enough water, you don't even need to worry about ageing and wrinkles."

It may sound tough, but it's certainly working for Lure.
She now has over 700k Instagram followers, who regularly comment on her photos expressing their disbelief at her age.
To be honest, we don't blame them.
