The fitness fanatic always keeps her hair and make-up looking perfect - but she spends even more time on her muscles and can deadlift an amazing 419 pounds (almost 30st).

And her distinctive image is proving popular online where she has set up her own website after attracting hundreds of thousands of followers on social media.

Julia was 15 when, like millions of teenagers around the world, she started hitting the gym because she lacked confidence.

But unlike most girls, she decided that cardio exercises were not for her and she opted to start powerlifting instead.

She said: "I chose my own path. My family did not put any obstacles in my way.

"But many of the people I know were advising me to stop doing it and start looking for a real job."

Julia says time has proved her right as she is one of her country's leading young female powerlifters.

To keep herself in the best possible shape, she hits the gym five times a week and follows a strict diet.

However, once a week, she does allow herself the luxury of eating a treat.

She added: 'The intensity of my training depends on what shape I am in. My food plan changes quite a lot too.'

And followers of her Instagram account have been full of praise for her muscular physique.

One called Trevor wrote: "You are blossoming into the perfect woman! Keep going!"

While Nudge added: "I hope what you do inspires other girls to take control of their own bodies and empower themselves."

And Emmanuel said: "The only thing I can tell you is that you’re the most beautiful girl that I have ever seen in my whole life and keep doing lifting and keep that amazing body that you have."
